Your Trusted Local Water Heater Leak Repair in Dallas County
DeSoto Water Heater Leak Repair CO was founded by Marcus Thorne, a dedicated DeSoto resident and lead technician, with a clear mission: to provide reliable, expert water heater leak solutions right here in our community. Based out of 2719 Prince George Ave #7600, DeSoto, TX, we're not just a business operating in DeSoto; we are part of DeSoto. Having seen firsthand the headaches and damage caused by unexpected water heater failures, especially in the older homes around Downtown DeSoto or after a particularly humid summer day, Marcus established this company to offer a service that's both prompt and genuinely effective. We understand the unique challenges our local climate, with its hot summers and mild but sometimes unpredictable winters, can place on plumbing systems, often accelerating wear and tear on water heaters.
Our approach is built on local knowledge and a commitment to our neighbors. What DeSoto, TX Customers Say
“Our water heater started leaking pretty badly on a Saturday morning, creating a small puddle in our garage. We called DeSoto Water Heater Leak Repair CO and they had a technician, Mark, out within a couple of hours. He quickly diagnosed a cracked pressure relief valve. He had the part on his truck and replaced it right there, stopping the leak completely. We really appreciated the prompt service on a weekend.”
“I noticed a persistent drip from the bottom of my water heater, which had me worried about a bigger issue. DeSoto Water Heater Leak Repair CO sent out a technician who identified a loose drain valve. He tightened it up, checked the other connections, and confirmed everything else was sound. The leak stopped immediately, and I was relieved it wasn't a more expensive repair. Great, honest service.”
“We woke up to no hot water and a small pool of water around our water heater. DeSoto Water Heater Leak Repair CO was able to schedule us for an inspection that afternoon. The technician, Chris, found a pinhole leak in the tank itself, meaning we needed a replacement. He gave us a clear quote for a new unit and installed it the very next day. While a replacement wasn't what we hoped for, the process was smooth and professional.”
